The Sacred Women Ministry is a Christ-centered movement dedicated to restoring hope, nurturing faith, and empowering women to become spiritually grounded, economically self-reliant, and transformational leaders within their families, churches, and communities. The Head office is located at Gods House for Deliverance Church- Bugoba Seeta Mukono Uganda.
The social impact of our work is profound and far-reaching. Through every initiative, we aim to foster an inclusive society where every woman, regardless of her background, can live with dignity, security, and opportunity. Social impact isn’t just about our immediate programs — it’s about reshaping the systems that influence the lives of women and creating a future where justice, equity, and empowerment are accessible to all.
Born out of a divine calling and firmly anchored in Psalm 46:5, the ministry believes that every woman carries immeasurable value because God dwells within her. When women are spiritually restored, equipped with practical skills, and given opportunities to thrive, they become powerful catalysts for lasting change.
Our holistic approach integrates spiritual discipleship, leadership development, vocational training, mentorship, community outreach, and economic empowerment, ensuring that women are equipped not only to overcome life’s challenges but also to become agents of hope and transformation in society.
Our Impact So Far
What began as a vision has grown into a vibrant ministry making a tangible difference in the lives of women and families.
1. Expansion of the Sacred Women Ministry
The ministry has successfully established its first regional chapter in Kabembe, at City Gates Church- Mukono District, extending its mission beyond the founding congregation.
This Chapter serves as a center for worship, discipleship, mentorship, prayer, counselling, and leadership development, providing women with a safe and supportive environment where they can grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
Through regular fellowship gatherings, biblical teaching, and community engagement, the chapter is nurturing women who are becoming confident leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.
2. The Sacred Hands Skilling Hub
Understanding that spiritual growth is strengthened when accompanied by economic opportunity, the ministry established “The Sacred Hands Skilling Hub” at God’s House for Deliverance Church, Bugoba, Seeta.
The Skills Hub equips women and young girls with practical vocational skills that enhance their employability and create pathways to sustainable livelihoods.
Current training programmes include:
- Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy
- Knitting
- Crocheting
- Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development
- Financial Literacy, Savings, and Stewardship
These programmes are helping women acquire marketable skills, improve household incomes, reduce dependence, and build confidence to start small businesses and support their families with dignity.
Beyond Skills—Building Lives
The Sacred Women Ministry recognizes that many women face interconnected challenges, including poverty, unemployment, grief, family instability, limited educational opportunities, and social exclusion. Our programmes therefore address the whole person by combining vocational training with spiritual nurture, emotional support, mentorship, and leadership formation.
Through our ministry, women experience:

Our Vision for the Future
We envision a Uganda where every woman has the opportunity to encounter Christ, discover her purpose, develop her potential, and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of her family and community.
To realize this vision, we seek to:
- Establish Sacred Women Chapters in districts across Uganda.
- Expand the Sacred Hands Skills Hub into a fully equipped Women’s Empowerment and Enterprise Centre.
- Introduce additional vocational programmes tailored to local economic opportunities.
- Provide entrepreneurship incubation, business mentoring, and market linkages for graduates.
- Offer scholarships and training opportunities for vulnerable women and girls.
- Strengthen psychosocial support, family counselling, and mentorship programmes.
- Develop community outreach initiatives focused on widows, single mothers, and disadvantaged households.
- Build strategic partnerships that promote women’s empowerment, family resilience, and community development.
